"Ole, ole, Moldova in the EU". March in support of the country's accession to the community block, in Chisinau
A youth march organized by the youth of the Action and Solidarity Party was held today in the center of Chisinau. They marched holding in their hands the flag of the European Union and that of the Republic of Moldova, but also with a banner that read "For a referendum" and "United for European Moldova".
The young people chanted messages in support of the accession of the Republic of Moldova to the European Union. "We are Europeans", "Ole, ole, Moldova in the EU", "Moldovan union, we are Europeans", "Europe, we are coming", were some of the messages.
Meanwhile, another march was organized in Chisinau, in which supporters of the Socialist Party and the Communist Party participated. Also, representatives of the Şor group were seen in the crowd. In the background of some Soviet songs, they chanted "Victory".
At the same time, in a short time, the "European City" will be inaugurated in the Grand National Assembly Square. European Commissioner Johannes Hahn will participate in the event, who will give a speech, together with the country's president, Maia Sandu.
The celebration will end in a concert performed by artists from the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine.
