Romania buys 18 Bayraktar TB2 attack drones from Turkey
Romania will purchase 18 Bayraktar TB2 attack drones from Turkey for its ground forces, writes caleaeuropeană.ro. Each system includes six aerial platforms with target engagement capabilities.

The purchases are intended to complement the military forces' equipment with new equipment and weapon systems that provide flexibility, extended situational awareness and increased firepower.
Earlier this month, President Klaus Iohannis said Bucharest was also considering the purchase of F-35 jets as part of its efforts to modernise its air force, according to a decision taken by the country's Supreme Defence Council.
