Germany donated cars worth over two million euros to the Border Police
As many as 30 cars were donated by Germany to the Republic of Moldova. They belong to the Border Police, thus the institution will increase its degree of mobility, mentioned the Minister of Internal Affairs, Ana Revenco, during the donation reception event.
According to the official, the cars will be used by Border Police employees in day-to-day operations and will increase the security of our country's borders in the context of the war in Ukraine. "Germany recognizes how important a resilient border in the Republic of Moldova is for the entire security of the European continent. This generous support, which makes our border police even more mobile to secure the borders of the Republic of Moldova. These cars will increase the mobility of the Border Police", explained Ana Revenco. The total value of the donation is almost 2.2 million euros.
