The European Parliament will urgently approve additional macro-financial assistance of 145 million euros for the Republic of Moldova. A statement in this sense was made by the MEP Siegfried Muresan after the discussion of the Moldovan Prime Minister Dorin Recean with a group of MEPs from the Committee for Budgets and the Committee for International Trade of the European Parliament.
Moreover, said Siegfried Muresan, the EU wants to expand the trade between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union so that the farmers and entrepreneurs of our country are confident that they can export all products to the EU in the long term. "We will fight disinformation and Russian propaganda together, we will continue to strengthen and help the Republic of Moldova", concluded the MEP. It should be noted that recently, in Chisinau, the resolution of the "Euronest" Parliamentary Assembly was adopted by which the participants of the event asked the European Commission and the Council of the EU to take the necessary steps to start accession negotiations with the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine by the end of this year.
