Eight people were expelled from the Republic of Moldova within one week

Eight foreigners were expelled from the territory of the Republic of Moldova this week, reads a statement from the Migration and Asylum Office. It is about 5 people originally from India and 3 from Pakistan, who were staying illegally on the territory of our country.

At the same time, the Bureau announces that during the current week, 9 foreigners who violated the residence regime on the territory of the Republic of Moldova were taken into public custody.

The source also notes that currently the Temporary Placement Center for foreigners "houses" 17 people.

We remind you that also between January 9-15, 5 foreign citizens who were staying illegally in our country were expelled from the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
