The citizens can request 11 cadastral documents online and obtain them electronically

From 1 February, cadastral services will be provided online on a new platform - the e-Services Development Platform (ESDP) - so that the documents requested will be obtained electronically. The announcement was made on 30 January by the Public Services Agency (ASP), which informs that this is a pilot project.

“In the pilot period, both natural and legal persons may request online and obtain in electronic format 11 cadastral documents: extracts from the Real Estate Register, information on the value of real estate and cadastral plans only for real estate in the municipality. Chisinau", the ASP specifies.

Electronic signature holders will be able to download the document in electronic format from their own personal cabinet (mcabinet.gov.md) on the Government Portal of the citizen or entrepreneur. If requested, the electronic document copy will be issued in paper format. Recipients may pick it up at the requested multifunctional centre or receive it directly at the indicated address using the government's MDelivery service.

The service will have to be paid through MPay.
